You get 10 pdf files for printing with this plan.

The PDFs will print as two different sizes without altering scale. 1/8 inch=1 ft scale//1/4 inch=1ft scale. The Prints can be three different sizes. letter//18 x 24// and 24 x 36. The 18 x 24 prints just aren’t to scale but they sure are nice to have. The key thing here is that you only have to print the copies you need. Plan specs:

This plan has the three bedrooms above the garage. For a flat lot, simply remove the garage and enlarge the utility room and bathroom.

All of our plans can be reversed for no charge. Turn around is about ten days if they have not yet been reversed.

Upstairs is designed with a game room. This can be redesigned for bedrooms. Remember, we give you the cad files at no extra charge, so an architect in your district can make changes. Other sites can charge upwards of two thousand dollars for these.
